In the huge Food and Agricultural Park of FICO, situated near Bologna, there is an University that each one would dream to attend...The Gelato University.
A thematic space where a professor of the Carpigiani University will teach how to identify textures and recognize flavors of ice-cream.
"Come si degusta il gelato artigianale?"
The lessons will be every Tuesday and Thursday, from 18.30 to 19.00.
They will be provided also in English.
